Prime Traders is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented professional to fulfill diverse operational roles encompassing computer operation and sales support within our organization. The ideal candidate brings at least two years of relevant experience and proficiency in basic computer operations, data entry software, and Microsoft Excel. This position does not involve managing a team but requires the ability to efficiently execute assigned tasks, maintain accuracy, and support daily business functions effectively. The candidate will engage in a variety of core activities including processing sales data, maintaining records, and supporting household sales operations. Emphasis is placed on accuracy, timeliness, and a solid understanding of computer tools pertinent to data handling and sales documentation. This role is integral to maintaining smooth organizational processes and helping Prime Traders achieve operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Operate computers to manage and process sales and household data accurately and efficiently.
• Utilize data entry software to input, update, and maintain essential company records and databases.
• Create, edit, and manage spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel to organize sales data and generate reports.
• Ensure data integrity and timely completion of assigned tasks to support sales operations effectively.
• Assist with administrative functions related to household sales and customer records.
• Collaborate with team members to provide accurate data and support for business decision-making.
• Follow company policies and procedures to maintain data confidentiality and security.
• Continuously improve skills in computer operations and software applications relevant to the role.
