The Client Dealing Executive will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and resolving issues to ensure a smooth client experience. This position requires strong English communication skills and the ability to manage client expectations effectively while maintaining a professional demeanor. Although this role does not involve managing a team, it requires the ability to work independently and collaboratively within the company’s structure to deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing responsive support.
• Communicate professionally with clients via phone, email, and other channels to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist clients with service onboarding and provide guidance throughout their engagement with the company.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met and service delivery is timely and accurate.
• Manage client feedback and escalate issues appropriately to ensure continuous improvement in service quality.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
• Participate in corporate training sessions and apply learnings to improve client management and communication skills.
• Work efficiently in a remote work environment while maintaining high levels of productivity and professionalism.
