Professional Employers (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a responsible and experienced Driver to join a private household in Lahore. The ideal candidate must possess a valid driving license, good knowledge of Lahore’s roadways, and be committed to safe, punctual transportation. This role requires someone who can safely and efficiently transport family members to various destinations while following traffic laws and maintaining the vehicle’s condition. The driver should be trustworthy, punctual, and flexible to accommodate the household’s scheduling needs. Additionally, the candidate should be able to perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and assist with transportation-related errands as needed. The driver must demonstrate professionalism and confidentiality, maintaining the highest standards of respectful behavior at all times. This position does not involve managing a team but requires excellent route planning skills and a willingness to work with both automatic and manual transmission vehicles. Experience of at least two and a half years is required to ensure competence in handling diverse driving situations within Lahore’s urban environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport family members to designated locations, ensuring comfort and security throughout each trip.
• Ensure punctuality for all pick-ups and drop-offs according to the household’s schedule.
• Comply strictly with all traffic laws and safety regulations to prevent accidents and violations.
• Maintain the cleanliness and proper upkeep of the vehicle, both interior and exterior.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and promptly report any mechanical or maintenance issues to the appropriate parties.
• Plan routes efficiently to avoid traffic congestion and delays, using knowledge of Lahore’s road network.
• Assist with household errands such as grocery shopping, document delivery, and any additional transportation needs.
• Maintain professionalism by respecting privacy, exercising discretion, and adhering to confidentiality expectations.
• Be flexible with work hours to meet the household’s transportation requirements, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends if necessary.
• Possess and demonstrate good knowledge of Lahore’s streets, traffic patterns, and alternate routes to optimize travel time.
• Operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles with confidence and skill.
• Exhibit personal qualities such as responsibility, punctuality, honesty, trustworthiness, and a strong work ethic.
• Identify basic vehicle maintenance needs such as fluid levels, tire pressure, and battery condition to ensure vehicle reliability.
• Ensure all driving activities observe the highest safety standards, including proper seat belt use and adherence to speed limits.
