The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout the hotel's public areas, guest rooms, and corridors. This position requires physical stamina, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to ensuring high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will assist room attendants, transport supplies and linens, and ensure all hotel facilities are clean and well-presented. The role involves working in shifts and following instructions accurately to meet the hotel’s quality standards. This position is ideal for individuals with a minimum of 1.5 years of experience in the hotel industry, possessing basic communication and teamwork skills. You will be responsible for performing daily cleaning tasks, maintaining safety and hygiene protocols, and promptly reporting any maintenance or damage issues. While this role does not involve team management responsibilities, strong cooperation with team members and supervisors is essential to deliver an excellent guest experience and maintain a welcoming hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms, corridors, and common areas following the hotel’s cleanliness standards and schedules.
• Change bed linens, make beds, and restock guest room amenities to ensure room readiness.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene by following established safety and sanitation protocols.
• Transport supplies, linens, and cleaning materials efficiently between storage areas and guest rooms.
• Assist room attendants in their duties to ensure timely potential completion of cleaning tasks.
• Inspect rooms and public areas regularly to identify maintenance issues or damages and report these immediately to the supervisor.
• Work effectively within a team by collaborating with other housekeeping staff and hotel departments.
• Follow instructions carefully and adhere to shift schedules to support continuous hotel operations.
• Ensure all areas assigned are safe, well-organized, and free from hazards or obstacles.
