Description
You will serve as a key representative of Tracker Company, driving sales strategies to expand our market presence and customer base. By leveraging your understanding of consumer behavior, market segmentation, and sales forecasting, you will contribute to designing targeted approaches to reach potential clients. Your expertise in product knowledge and communication will enable you to explain the benefits of our vehicle tracking solutions clearly and persuasively. This role demands strong interpersonal skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and willingness to work in an outdoor setting with frequent travel. Your ability to inspire and manage a large sales team will be critical in achieving organizational goals and fostering a collaborative, high-performing sales culture.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outdoor sales and marketing activities for vehicle tracking solutions by visiting showrooms, offices, banks, businesses, and other prospective client locations.
- Identify and approach new customers to explain our tracking services, addressing their needs and converting leads into confirmed sales.
- Achieve or exceed assigned monthly sales targets through proactive client engagement and effective sales techniques.
- Develop, nurture, and maintain strong and lasting customer relationships to foster repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Manage and lead a team of 30 sales personnel, providing coaching, support, and guidance to optimize individual and team performance.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to develop well-informed sales strategies and improve product positioning.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conduct market research and segmentation for identifying target audiences and sales opportunities.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and plans to track team progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to effectively communicate the features and advantages of our vehicle tracking solutions.
- Travel extensively within the assigned geographical area to meet potential clients and ensure consistent market coverage.
