Our ideal candidates are skilled frontend and full-stack web developers proficient in technologies such as HTML, Tailwind, WordPress, Shopify, or Next.js, as well as UI/UX and graphic designers experienced with Figma and strong in premium corporate aesthetics. This opportunity suits individuals with a strong portfolio of clean, professional work who are ready to handle high-ticket web development and design projects under strict deadlines. Although team management is not part of the role, collaboration and commitment to quality delivery are essential. As part of the Propeluxe Elite team, you will engage with sophisticated, high-profile clients and take on meaningful contributions to projects that demand technical precision and creativity. This remote project-based position offers a high payout structure tied to client payments rather than a fixed monthly salary, providing motivated professionals the chance to earn substantially through performance. The role requires at least two years of experience, solid English communication skills to coordinate effectively, and the capacity to manage your tasks independently within the agreed timelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality frontend and full-stack web solutions using HTML, Tailwind CSS, WordPress, Shopify, or Next.js according to project specifications.
• Design intuitive and elegant UI/UX layouts and graphics using Figma to meet premium corporate aesthetic standards for international clients.
• Collaborate remotely with other team members and stakeholders to ensure project requirements and timelines are met successfully.
• Manage personal workload effectively to deliver projects on schedule while maintaining a strong focus on quality and client satisfaction.
• Maintain clear and professional communication in English to facilitate smooth project updates and coordination across different time zones.
• Continuously update knowledge and skills related to web development and design trends to deliver innovative and effective client solutions.
• Prepare and showcase a compelling portfolio demonstrating professional and clean work to attract and retain high-profile clients.
• Adapt to project-based, profit-share payment models, balancing workload and earning potential by closing client projects successfully.
