As a Web or Software Developer Marketer and Product Manager at Propeluxe Elite, you will play an integral role in driving project success from concept to delivery and client satisfaction. While the position does not initially involve managing a team, you will coordinate across functions to ensure a seamless project flow that resonates with premium international clients. The role emphasizes hands-on work in frontend or full-stack development, UI/UX design collaboration, and applying marketing insights to develop impactful digital products, maximizing client ROI and reinforcing our agency’s reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities

• Develop clean, premium-quality frontend or full-stack web applications using HTML, Tailwind, WordPress, Shopify, Next.js, or similar technologies, ensuring responsiveness and performance.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate design concepts into functional and visually appealing user interfaces that meet project requirements.
• Conduct market research and apply product management principles to define project scopes, establish timelines, and align deliverables with client expectations.
• Manage client communications and maintain professional, clear, and consistent English language correspondence throughout project lifecycles.
• Identify and implement marketing strategies to promote developed products, increasing client engagement and sales conversion.
• Work on a project-based, profit-share model, taking accountability for timely delivery and quality outcomes to secure client advances and payments.
• Maintain an organized portfolio showcasing completed projects and contributions, highlighting premium design aesthetics and technical proficiency.
• Adapt to dynamic client needs and feedback, iterating swiftly to meet high standards under strict deadlines.
• Leverage lead finding skills to support business development in sourcing and closing potential high-ticket projects.
• Coordinate effectively with remote team members across design, marketing, and development disciplines to optimize project delivery without direct team management responsibilities.
