Protectors Valuations is seeking a skilled AutoCAD Operator and Field Surveyor with a background in civil engineering to join a dynamic team of 20 professionals. This role requires expertise in AutoCAD drafting and civil engineering drawing interpretation, combined with experience in field surveying and data entry tasks. The ideal candidate possesses a DAE Civil qualification and demonstrates the ability to perform detailed property visits, site measurements, and data verification with accuracy and professionalism. This position demands a proactive individual who is ready to conduct site inspections for residential and commercial properties and contribute to property valuation projects essential for bank loans and financial assessments. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing precise property valuation reports and verifying documentation to ensure all data aligns with actual property details. Experience in spreadsheet management and document handling is essential for managing valuation-related paperwork efficiently. Responsibilities

• Operate AutoCAD software to prepare and edit detailed civil engineering drawings and plans based on project requirements.
• Interpret civil engineering drawings accurately to assist in project planning and execution.
• Conduct site visits to residential and commercial properties to measure and verify property details and conditions.
• Perform field surveys including taking precise property measurements and documenting site data.
• Verify property documents and compare them with actual site conditions to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Prepare comprehensive property valuation reports used for bank loan applications and other financial evaluations.
• Manage data entry tasks related to property details and valuation documentation with high accuracy and confidentiality.
• Ensure all valuation-related documents comply with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with a team of 20 members, supporting workflow and project coordination to meet deadlines.
• Utilize spreadsheet and document management tools to organize and maintain property data efficiently.
• Visit various types of properties including houses, shops, stores, mills, and factories for site inspection and data collection.
• Assist in resolving discrepancies found during property verification and reporting processes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in field surveying, civil engineering, and AutoCAD operations.
