Proximo Security Trainers (Pakistan) is seeking a dedicated Safety and Security Consultant with at least 5 years of experience to oversee and enhance the safety and security measures of its clients. This role involves conducting thorough risk assessments, security audits, and threat analyses to identify vulnerabilities and develop robust safety programs. The consultant will manage a team of five professionals, ensuring their coordination and effectiveness in delivering comprehensive security solutions tailored to client needs. Emphasis is placed on proactive crisis management and continuous improvement of safety practices to mitigate risks in diverse environments. The Safety and Security Consultant plays a crucial role in safeguarding assets, people, and information by implementing strategic risk assessment methodologies and vulnerability evaluations. The consultant collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to create and enforce security policies and emergency response plans. Managing the security team involves training, supervising, and guiding team members to maintain high operational standards and compliance with applicable regulations. This position demands a strong commitment to detail, analytical thinking, and leadership experience to ensure a secure and resilient organizational environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify potential security threats and hazards.
• Conduct in-depth security audits to evaluate the effectiveness of existing safety measures and recommend improvements.
• Develop, implement, and continuously update safety programs and crisis management plans tailored to client requirements.
• Manage a team of five security professionals by assigning tasks, providing guidance, and monitoring performance to achieve operational goals.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness activities and ensure compliance with national and international safety standards and protocols.
• Analyze emerging security threats and adapt strategies to mitigate identified risks effectively.
• Collaborate with clients to assess security needs and provide expert recommendations on protective measures and technology.
• Deliver training sessions and workshops to enhance team skills and client awareness regarding safety and security practices.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation of security assessments, incidents, and action plans.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal regulations and industry best practices related to safety and security.
