We have an urgent staff augmentation requirement for a US healthcare client.

Requirements:

Must-have skills:
- 5+ years in BI, data analytics, or analytics engineering
- Strong SQL with hands-on Snowflake (or comparable cloud data warehouse)
- Python scripting for data transformation
- Salesforce data migration/loading, plus Salesforce reports and dashboards
- Working knowledge of dbt and ELT workflows; Fivetran or similar integration tools
- Tableau proficiency (calculated fields, LOD expressions, dashboards); front-end is secondary, but they must know their way around it
- Experience with automated data delivery via APIs and/or SFTP

Preferred:
- Healthcare, patient services, or HIPAA/PHI experience
- Certifications: Tableau, Salesforce Administrator, dbt, Snowflake SnowPro
- Bachelor's in CS, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field

Working style (important, client was explicit about this):
- Always on camera, available on Microsoft Teams throughout their working shift
- Remote does not mean mobile; they must show up consistently at set hours
- Fast-paced, lean team; must be self-directed, deliver quickly, and ask questions proactively
- Backlog is managed in Jira

Responsibilities

- Migrating existing Salesforce case records into a new case structure
- Scripting data pulls from Snowflake, transforming them through existing Python translation files, and loading them into Salesforce.
