QMCC is seeking an experienced IT Specialist focused on AI Platform and Infrastructure to join our technology team. The ideal candidate has at least five years of hands-on experience in AI systems, backend development, and network infrastructure, supported by a Bachelor's degree and a CCNA certification. This role requires expertise in managing AI-enabled platforms, optimizing backend services, and ensuring robust, scalable infrastructure to power advanced AI solutions. Strong proficiency in English communication is essential to effectively collaborate within cross-functional teams and contribute to the company's technology initiatives. In this position, the IT Specialist works independently without managing a team but collaborates extensively with various departments to support AI SaaS products and infrastructure. The specialist plays a critical role in database management using SQL and applies knowledge of large language models and AI frameworks to enhance platform capabilities. Responsibilities include maintaining system performance, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and implementing improvements aligned with the latest AI and network trends, ensuring QMCC remains at the forefront of AI technology innovation.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain AI platform infrastructure to support scalable and reliable AI services.
- Manage backend development tasks to ensure seamless integration of AI technologies with existing systems.
- Administer and optimize SQL databases for efficient data storage, retrieval, and processing in AI applications.
- Implement and manage network configurations and protocols in compliance with CCNA standards.
- Apply expertise in Large Language Models to enhance AI platform functionalities and support advanced natural language processing tasks.
- Deploy and manage AI SaaS environments, ensuring high availability and security of services.
- Monitor system performance and conduct regular troubleshooting to resolve technical issues promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align platform capabilities with business goals and user requirements.
- Maintain documentation on infrastructure design, development processes, and operational procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in AI, backend development, and network technologies to continuously improve the platform.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry best practices related to IT infrastructure and AI platforms.
- Support integration efforts with third-party AI services and tools to expand platform features.
