Full-Stack AI Developer — Remote, Long-Term

Description

In this role, you will develop AI tools that process and analyze documents to extract vital information while identifying inconsistencies. You will build integrations between customer relationship management platforms, email systems, databases, and other essential business applications, creating intelligent workflows and AI assistants that leverage company data to provide useful responses. Additionally, you will design and develop customer portals, dashboards, and internal tools to streamline operations. The position requires proficiency in troubleshooting, testing, and protecting sensitive customer information, alongside the capability to deliver well-organized source code and comprehensive setup documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI-powered tools to read, interpret, and extract data from documents, identifying missing or conflicting information.
• Design and build integrations that connect CRMs, email platforms, databases, and business applications to create cohesive workflows.
• Create AI assistants capable of answering queries using company documents and stored information efficiently.
• Develop customer-facing portals, dashboards, and internal business applications that support operational needs.
• Automate repetitive tasks using AI and workflow automation techniques to improve accuracy and reduce manual effort.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented source code following best practices and coding standards.
• Deploy applications and services using version control systems such as Git, ensuring secure and stable releases.
• Test AI models and integrations thoroughly to identify and troubleshoot failures or incorrect results.
• Protect customer data by implementing strict security measures and adhering to data privacy standards.
• Communicate effectively in English, explaining complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Provide comprehensive setup documentation that assists in application installation, configuration, and usage.
• Continuously learn and stay updated with AI technologies, tools, and frameworks relevant to the job.
