Raiwind Job is seeking a skilled professional in Rubber Roll Grinding and Rubberizing to join their team. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in roll grinding techniques and be capable of performing precise rubber roll grinding tasks. This role involves handling grinding equipment and applying rubberizing processes to ensure high-quality rolls meet industry standards. The position requires attention to detail, technical proficiency, and the ability to maintain equipment effectively. This role includes managing and supervising a small team of one person, ensuring that work is coordinated, safety protocols are strictly followed, and productivity targets are achieved. The candidate will oversee daily operations, provide guidance, and support team members to optimize performance and uphold maintenance schedules. Collaboration with other departments to address technical issues and improve roll quality is also a key component of this position.

Responsibilities

• Perform rubber roll grinding using specialized grinding techniques and equipment to meet quality and dimensional specifications.
• Apply rubberizing processes to rolls, ensuring proper material application and surface finish.
• Inspect rolls before and after grinding to ensure defects are identified and corrected promptly.
• Maintain and calibrate grinding and rubberizing equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of a small team member to ensure tasks are executed efficiently and safely.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and prolong equipment life.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with engineering and production departments to resolve technical issues and improve grinding processes.
• Document work processes, maintenance activities, and quality inspections accurately.
• Train and mentor team members on best practices and safety guidelines related to rubber roll grinding and rubberizing.
