Responsibilities

• Coordinate fleet management activities to ensure availability and maintenance of vehicles that meet client requirements.
• Develop and implement route planning strategies to optimize travel time and reduce operational costs.
• Arrange transportation vehicles from the market according to client needs and specific shipment schedules.
• Ensure compliance with local and national transportation laws and regulations to maintain safe and lawful operations.
• Monitor and track transportation schedules, making adjustments as necessary to address delays or changes in shipment requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance schedules, and transportation compliance documentation.
• Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to synchronize delivery and pickup operations efficiently.
• Conduct regular inspections of vehicles and related equipment to ensure safety and operational readiness.
• Report transportation performance metrics and identify areas for process improvement to management.
• Resolve any transportation-related issues or disruptions proactively, communicating updates promptly to stakeholders.
