Responsibilities

• Operate a motorcycle safely and responsibly in all weather and traffic conditions while adhering to traffic laws and company policies.
• Use GPS navigation tools to plan and follow the most efficient routes for delivery.
• Manage and update delivery status using the designated delivery app, ensuring accurate record-keeping of deliveries made and any issues encountered.
• Pick up parcels and goods from the warehouse or designated locations and deliver them to customers promptly and in good condition.
• Verify customer information and obtain delivery confirmations to ensure accurate service fulfillment.
• Maintain the motorcycle in a clean and operational condition by performing regular safety checks and reporting any maintenance needs.
• Communicate effectively with the dispatch team to report delays, traffic issues, or any other relevant information affecting delivery schedules.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures to reduce risks during delivery activities.
• Assist in loading and unloading packages when necessary, ensuring the safe handling of goods.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Maintain personal appearance and professionalism as a representative of Rashan Ghar.
• Manage time efficiently to meet delivery deadlines and optimize daily route completion.
