As an Interior Design Specialist at Recruit AI, you will bring a strong sense of modern interior aesthetics and technical expertise to transform residential spaces. Your role involves hands-on experience with AutoCAD and various 3D modeling tools to visualize and refine design ideas. You must demonstrate an excellent ability to manage project timelines and deliver superior quality outcomes on site. Though this position does not involve managing a team, it requires effective coordination with multiple stakeholders to ensure design intent is fully realized and adhered to throughout the project's lifecycle. Responsibilities
- Develop modern residential interior design concepts ensuring both functionality and aesthetic appeal.
- Create detailed and accurate 3D models and realistic renderings using SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, and V-Ray to effectively communicate design intent.
- Prepare, review, and interpret technical working drawings and bills of quantities (BOQs) that guide construction and procurement processes.
- Conduct regular site inspections to supervise the execution of interior finishes, ensuring conformance to design specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate material selection and procurement with contractors and vendors, focusing on wood, marble, finishes, and fittings to maintain design integrity.
- Collaborate closely with the architectural team to ensure interior designs complement structural and architectural elements.
- Manage project timelines vigilantly, ensuring all design phases and site activities are completed within agreed deadlines.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of designs and site activities for quality control and client reference.
- Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and technologies relevant to modern residential projects.
- Apply a keen eye for detail to uphold high-quality standards in both design and execution of interior spaces.
