Head of Project Management Office

Description

This role is accountable for leading and driving the strategic alignment of business and technology initiatives through the effective oversight of the Project Management Office (PMO) and the Business Technology Office. The incumbent will spearhead the execution of complex, high-impact projects—including international programs, regulatory mandates, and enterprise-wide digital initiatives—ensuring delivery excellence, governance, and measurable value creation.

In addition to portfolio oversight, the role encompasses commercial and documentation leadership across the project lifecycle, with full responsibility for RFPs, RFQs, SOWs, BRDs, GARs, and related business artifacts. The individual will also lead a Business Calculations and Commercial Analysis function, supporting investment cases, financial modeling, and strategic decision-making

Responsibilities

• Lead the Business Technology PMO, ensuring disciplined project execution, portfolio governance, and strategic alignment with organizational goals
• Direct the delivery of overseas business technology programs in coordination with global stakeholders, ensuring cross-border compliance, scalability, and value realization
• Drive the execution of regulatory and compliance projects, ensuring timely delivery in line with regulatory frameworks and enterprise risk appetite
• Oversee the development and review of critical documentation, including RFPs, RFQs, Statements of Work (SOWs), Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), and Governance Approval Requests (GARs)
• Lead and mentor the Business Calculations Team, providing financial and business modeling expertise to support project valuations, ROI assessments, and strategic planning
• Collaborate with executive leadership, technology teams, and business units to shape and prioritize the project portfolio
• Establish best practices, frameworks, and performance metrics for consistent delivery and continuous improvement across business technology initiatives
