Description
Recruit AI is seeking a highly experienced HR Manager to oversee and lead the human resources department with a focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management. This role requires a minimum of 10 years of experience managing HR functions and a team of 5 professionals. The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting both local and international hiring efforts, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and cultivating a positive and inclusive workplace culture. The candidate must possess strong communication skills, the ability to resolve conflicts effectively, and expertise in workforce planning and compensation management. The HR Manager will also drive organizational development initiatives and manage training and development programs leveraging learning management systems and e-learning content creation. The role demands a proactive leadership approach to enhance employee engagement, implement balanced scorecards and performance metrics, and align HR operations with strategic business objectives. Effective collaboration with leadership to promote diversity, inclusion, and continuous learning is essential to succeed in this position.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives of Recruit AI.
- Manage the entire recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding employees locally and internationally.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 5 HR professionals to ensure efficient delivery of HR services across various functions.
- Handle employee relations by addressing grievances, conducting thorough investigations, and resolving workplace conflicts promptly and fairly.
- Design and maintain performance management systems that facilitate objective employee appraisals, recognition, and career development.
- Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and continuously update HR policies in accordance with employment legislation.
- Administer competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract, motivate, and retain top talent.
- Conduct comprehensive workforce planning and succession planning initiatives to meet current and future organizational needs.
- Oversee training and development programs by utilizing learning management systems and developing e-learning content tailored to employee skill enhancement.
- Implement organizational development strategies to improve workplace culture, internal communication, and employee satisfaction.
- Utilize HR information systems to maintain accurate employee records, manage HR workflows, and generate insightful reports for leadership decision-making.
- Apply balanced scorecards and other key performance indicators to measure and enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of HR operations.
- Communicate HR policies, procedures, and updates clearly across all levels of the organization to ensure full understanding and adherence.
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership to foster a positive, diverse, and inclusive work environment.
- Manage vendor relationships for outsourced HR services, including training providers and external consultants, to optimize resource utilization and program quality.
