Description
Recruit AI is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead critical human resources functions within its BPO operations. This role demands a results-driven professional with a minimum of eight years of HR experience, ideally concentrating on talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. The HR Manager works onsite during US shift hours, serving as a key driver in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The position requires effective communication to implement policies, resolve conflicts, and guide workforce planning strategies. The HR Manager coordinates multiple HR activities such as recruitment, employee engagement, training and development, and compensation management. Although this role does not involve managing a team, the individual is expected to collaborate closely with various stakeholders and lead initiatives that support business objectives. The ideal candidate brings expertise in using HR technology systems, managing performance appraisal frameworks, and executing organizational improvement efforts to boost employee satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement human resource strategies that align with the overall goals of Recruit AI.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process for local and international hires.
- Foster positive employee relations by addressing grievances, conducting investigations, and resolving workplace conflicts.
- Design, implement, and maintain performance appraisal systems including 360-degree feedback processes to evaluate employee performance.
- Ensure strict compliance with local and international labor laws, keeping updated on employment legislation.
- Coordinate competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain talent.
- Lead workforce and succession planning efforts to support organizational growth and stability.
- Organize and oversee training and development initiatives, utilizing e-learning platforms and learning management systems to enhance employee skills.
- Implement organizational development programs aimed at improving workplace culture, communication, and employee engagement.
- Utilize HR information systems to manage employee records, track workflows, and produce reports for strategic decision-making.
- Apply balanced scorecards and performance metrics to monitor HR effectiveness and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
- Communicate HR policies clearly and consistently across the organization to ensure understanding and adherence.
- Collaborate with company leadership to promote a diverse and inclusive work environment that supports employee well-being.
- Manage vendor relationships for outsourced HR services and training providers to ensure quality delivery of HR functions.
