Description
Rozee.pk is looking for an experienced Interview Consultant – Banking Sector to conduct technical and competency-based interviews for senior-level banking professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking, preferably as a retired banker, former senior banking executive, or Head of Recruitment with extensive experience in banking-sector hiring.
The consultant will be responsible for evaluating candidates against role-specific requirements, assessing their technical knowledge, leadership capabilities, and understanding of banking operations, structures, grades, and designations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct technical and competency-based interviews for candidates applying to banking-sector positions.
- Assess candidates for mid-level, senior management, and executive-level roles.
- Evaluate candidates’ banking knowledge, functional expertise, leadership skills, and suitability for the advertised position.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of banking grades, designations, and organizational hierarchies, including AVP, VP, SVP, and SEVP.
- Develop relevant interview questions based on job descriptions and specific role requirements.
- Evaluate candidates’ professional experience, decision-making abilities, strategic thinking, and functional competencies.
- Provide objective, structured interview feedback and recommendations to support hiring decisions.
- Prepare interview evaluation reports highlighting candidates’ strengths, development areas, and overall suitability.
- Coordinate with the Rozee.pk recruitment team to align interview assessments with client requirements and hiring criteria.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism throughout the recruitment and assessment process.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Extensive experience in the banking sector, preferably in senior management, banking operations, risk management, audit, compliance, finance, digital banking, or other relevant banking functions.
- Preference for retired bankers, former senior banking executives, or experienced Heads of Recruitment with substantial exposure to banking-sector recruitment.
- Strong understanding of banking grades, designations, reporting structures, and career progression.
- Experience interviewing, assessing, or hiring candidates for senior-level banking positions.
- Ability to assess technical competencies, professional experience, leadership capabilities, and role-specific expertise.
- Strong communication, analytical, and evaluation skills.
Ability to prepare clear, objective, and well-structured interview feedback.
Preferred Profile
- Former Head of Recruitment, HR Head, Talent Acquisition Lead, or senior HR professional with banking-sector hiring experience.
- Retired or former senior banking professional with substantial functional and managerial expertise.
- Experience recruiting or evaluating candidates for AVP, VP, SVP, SEVP, and equivalent senior-level positions.
Familiarity with the recruitment requirements of commercial banks and large financial institutions in Pakistan.
Engagement Details
- Employment Type: Part-Time / Consultant
- Work Arrangement: Flexible, based on interview schedules and project requirements.
- Nature of Work: Conducting interviews on an assignment basis and submitting candidate evaluation reports.
- Engagement: As required, depending on active recruitment projects.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced banking professional or senior recruitment specialist who understands both the technical requirements of banking roles and the hierarchy of banking designations. They should be confident in interviewing senior professionals and providing independent, evidence-based assessments to support Rozee.pk's executive recruitment assignments.
