Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a sales team of 5 members to achieve growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans that expand the company’s customer base and strengthen market presence.
• Recruit, set objectives, coach, and monitor the performance of sales representatives to ensure high productivity and alignment with company goals.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and partnering closely with them.
• Prepare and present sales, revenue, expense reports, and realistic forecasts to the management team for informed decision-making.
• Identify emerging markets and track market shifts to stay competitive and aware of new products and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute effective sales campaigns and promotional activities.
• Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to optimize productivity.
• Evaluate existing sales systems and technologies, recommending necessary upgrades or changes to improve operational efficiency.
• Promote continuous education and professional growth within the sales team through mentoring, coaching, and supporting participation in workshops and seminars.
