Reef Lance Logistics is seeking a dedicated Female Food Delivery Drivers Support professional to join our team. This role focuses on providing exceptional support and assistance to female food delivery drivers, ensuring smooth operations and high levels of satisfaction. The ideal candidate has experience in driver support and customer service, excels in issue resolution, and communicates confidently and politely over various channels including calls and WhatsApp. This position requires strong organizational skills and proficiency in tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, and WhatsApp Business. The role involves managing daily inquiries, addressing driver concerns, and escalating issues to the appropriate teams promptly. The successful candidate will work remotely, utilizing their own laptop, smartphone, and internet connection, and must maintain a quiet workspace to handle communications effectively. Previous experience in recruitment, customer support, or logistics is preferred, along with good Urdu communication skills and basic written English.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries and concerns from female food delivery drivers through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate and clear information to drivers regarding delivery processes, schedules, and company policies.
• Effectively resolve driver issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain detailed records of driver communications, issues reported, and actions taken using Google Sheets and Excel.
• Collaborate with recruiting and logistics teams to support the onboarding and retention of female delivery drivers.
• Assist with tracking driver performance metrics and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Utilize WhatsApp Business for efficient communication and coordination with drivers and internal teams.
• Ensure a professional and courteous communication style that fosters trust and positive relationships with drivers.
• Manage multiple communications simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
• Adapt to using various software tools and platforms to support driver tracking, reporting, and communication.
• Support the recruitment process by communicating with potential candidates and providing initial guidance.
• Maintain a quiet and distraction-free remote workspace to uphold high standards in customer interactions.
