Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of seven persons, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and collective goals.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance reseller partnerships and improve sales performance.
• Monitor team progress and productivity, delivering regular feedback and facilitating continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure cohesive business operations and optimize resource allocation.
• Identify training needs and assist in the professional development of team members to build a skilled workforce.
• Resolve conflicts and address challenges promptly to maintain a positive team atmosphere.
• Oversee reseller activities to ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
• Prepare reports and analyze key performance indicators to inform decision-making processes.
• Contribute to the creation and execution of business plans aligned with Reelub’s goals.
