Rehan Data Access is looking for a dedicated Data Entry Operator with at least six years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate ensures high levels of data accuracy and attention to detail while efficiently managing large volumes of information. This role requires a disciplined professional capable of maintaining data integrity and supporting smooth business operations by accurately entering and updating information into databases or systems. As a Data Entry Operator at Rehan Data Access, you will play a critical role in maintaining the quality and consistency of our data. You will work independently, focusing on accuracy and speed to meet deadlines. Since this position does not involve managing a team, the emphasis is on individual contribution, organizational skills, and commitment to the accuracy of entered data.
Responsibilities
- Enter and update data accurately into company databases and information systems.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of data before entry and correct any errors identified.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all sensitive information handled.
- Review and cross-check entered data for inconsistencies or duplication.
- Manage large volumes of data efficiently while ensuring timeliness and precision.
- Retrieve data from various sources and organize it into standardized formats.
- Collaborate with other departments to clarify data discrepancies or gather additional information.
- Generate reports as needed by management based on entered data.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding data handling.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to optimize workflow.
