You are responsible for supporting all store operations, maintaining store standards, and consistently meeting sales goals without managing a team. This role requires hands-on involvement in tasks ranging from assisting customers at the checkout to supporting inventory and merchandising efforts, all while adhering to security and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing daily store operations during busy periods as directed by store management to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction. Maintain the store's visual standards by performing replenishment, recovery, and cleanliness tasks. Support customers at the checkout counter, including accurate transaction processing and bagging items when necessary. Provide exceptional customer service by utilizing the "3Cs of Success": Connect with customers, Consult to understand their needs, and Close sales effectively. Apply thorough product knowledge to engage with customers and recommend suitable products. Consistently achieve or exceed individual and store sales targets through active selling and customer engagement. Follow strict security, safety, and loss prevention procedures to protect store assets and customers. Assist with stockroom and sales floor tasks, including inventory replenishment, tagging, pricing, and organizing stock to support smooth operations. Ensure compliance with Levi’s visual merchandising and housekeeping standards to present an attractive and organized store environment. Utilize basic technical skills such as operating iOS devices, training systems, and troubleshooting tools to support retail systems and processes.
