Description

Respro Care is looking for a motivated and resourceful Sales & Marketing Officer to join the team. This role requires an individual who can develop and implement effective sales strategies and execute marketing plans to promote the company’s products and services. The ideal candidate must have strong customer relationship management skills and the ability to conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities. This position involves frequent client visits across Karachi, necessitating good communication, negotiation abilities, and a willingness to travel locally. A valid driving license and access to a personal motorcycle are mandatory for this role. In this role, you will focus on increasing the company’s market presence and supporting revenue growth by managing sales activities and contributing to marketing initiatives. Although this position does not involve managing a team, the candidate will collaborate closely with various departments to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and overall business objectives. Prior experience of at least one year in sales or marketing is preferred to ensure familiarity with the necessary processes and skills required to succeed in the role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies that align with company goals and market demands.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new sales and marketing opportunities.
• Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to track sales activities and customer interactions effectively.
• Manage the negotiation and closing processes with clients to maximize sales outcomes and profitability.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and implement go-to-market strategies and campaigns.
• Monitor marketing analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities and adjust tactics accordingly.
• Coordinate client visits within Karachi, ensuring timely and professional representation of Respro Care.
• Prepare sales reports and provide insights to support decision-making and business growth.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards during all sales and marketing activities.
• Keep up to date with product knowledge, market competition, and industry developments relevant to assigned territories.
