Retalio is seeking professional female models to collaborate on product photography and advertising campaigns for its upcoming e-commerce brand specializing in intimate apparel and related products. This role welcomes female applicants aged 18 or above, regardless of modeling experience or body type, emphasizing inclusivity and diversity. Models will primarily focus on showcasing product categories agreed upon before each shoot, maintaining a strict no-face policy where faces will not be photographed or used in published images or advertisements. The ideal candidate demonstrates a professional attitude, reliability, and a collaborative spirit. This position requires comfort in modeling various intimate apparel products while adhering to the brand’s standards and shoot requirements. The role does not include team management responsibilities but offers a valuable opportunity to contribute creatively to an emerging e-commerce brand’s visual identity and marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the photography and creative teams to effectively showcase intimate apparel and related products.

• Pose in ways that highlight the features and fit of products while adhering to editorial posing techniques and body-line awareness.

• Maintain on-set professionalism, including punctuality, preparedness, and responsiveness to direction.

• Ensure consistent use of camera angle awareness to achieve the desired aesthetic and product emphasis.

• Comply strictly with the no-face photography policy, ensuring images focus solely on the products and body lines as agreed.

• Adapt to various photography styles and product types as required for different campaigns.

• Participate in pre-shoot discussions to understand product categories and shoot requirements.

• Uphold the brand’s image by displaying reliability, flexibility, and a positive collaborative approach.

• Provide feedback for improving shoot processes or product presentation when appropriate.

• Respect confidentiality and exclusivity clauses related to the assignments and products presented.
