Rizq is seeking a proactive and skilled AI/LLM Engineer to join our innovative team focused on cutting-edge artificial intelligence projects. This role demands expertise in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models, particularly those related to large language models and natural language processing. The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in AI development environments, proficiency in key programming languages and frameworks, and a strong foundation in data preprocessing and engineering techniques. The AI/LLM Engineer will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive the successful implementation of AI solutions that enhance the company’s technological capabilities and product offerings. As an AI/LLM Engineer at Rizq, you will contribute to the entire life cycle of AI projects, from data collection and cleaning to model training, evaluation, and deployment. You are expected to leverage your knowledge of machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks, and natural language processing methodologies to develop scalable and efficient AI applications. Although this role does not involve managing a team, you will play a key role in supporting the AI initiatives, innovating new techniques, and maintaining the integrity and performance of AI systems across projects.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize machine learning models with a focus on large language models and natural language processing tasks.
• Implement data preprocessing and cleaning pipelines to ensure high-quality input data for AI training and evaluation.
• Develop and maintain scalable data engineering solutions to support machine learning workflows.
• Use Python and major AI frameworks such as TensorFlow to develop and deploy AI algorithms and models.
• Collaborate with software engineering teams to integrate AI models into production environments using web frameworks like Django and Flask.
• Monitor and evaluate model performance continuously to improve accuracy, efficiency, and reliability.
• Research and implement innovative AI technologies and methodologies, keeping current with developments in machine learning and NLP fields.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation for AI models, data processes, and project workflows to ensure reproducibility and maintainability.
• Support the troubleshooting and debugging of AI systems and provide technical expertise to resolve issues promptly.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving coding standards and best practices within the AI development environment.
