RMH Enterprise seeks a dedicated Construction Supervisor For Houses to oversee residential building projects in DHA Lahore. This role requires at least 4 years of hands-on experience in managing and supervising house construction activities. The Construction Supervisor leads a team of 20 persons to ensure that all construction operations are carried out efficiently, safely, and according to the project schedule and quality standards. Attention to detail and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks on-site are essential to ensure the successful completion of residential construction projects. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership skills, technical knowledge of residential construction processes, and an understanding of local building codes and regulations. They collaborate closely with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to monitor work progress, resolve site issues promptly, and maintain compliance with safety requirements. Managing workflow, allocating resources, and maintaining high-quality workmanship are key responsibilities to meet RMH Enterprise’s standards and client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities on residential housing projects within DHA Lahore, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 20 construction workers, subcontractors, and laborers effectively to maximize productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and local building codes throughout the construction process.
• Coordinate with project managers and suppliers to secure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Inspect workmanship continuously to maintain high standards and identify any construction defects early.
• Organize workflow and allocate tasks efficiently to keep the project on track and within budget.
• Resolve on-site problems promptly by analyzing issues and implementing appropriate solutions.
• Monitor progress and prepare regular status reports highlighting project milestones and potential risks.
• Maintain excellent communication with all stakeholders, including clients, to ensure clarity and satisfaction.
• Conduct site meetings to review progress, discuss challenges, and plan upcoming activities.
• Oversee site safety trainings and enforce the use of personal protective equipment among the team.
• Ensure that construction documentation and records are accurate and up to date.
