This role involves managing a team of 10 professionals to ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate combines a strong foundation in accounting, bookkeeping, and VAT-related work with exceptional people management skills. They actively engage with clients to resolve queries, foster trust, and promote long-term partnerships while driving team efficiency and cohesion. The Customer Relationship Manager plays a pivotal role in organizing, prioritizing, and managing daily client activities and requirements. With 1 to 2 years of relevant accounting experience, this individual leverages problem-solving and time-management skills to address client concerns swiftly and professionally. Excellent communication and leadership capabilities enable this manager to inspire their team and coordinate efforts that support company goals and client expectations effectively.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with UK accounting clients to ensure high satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead a team of 10 members, providing guidance, motivation, and performance management to maximize team potential.
- Manage client accounts effectively by understanding their needs and coordinating accounting, bookkeeping, and VAT-related services accordingly.
- Resolve client queries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline client service processes and improve overall service delivery.
- Monitor client feedback and work proactively to address any issues, enhancing client retention and satisfaction.
- Organize and prioritize day-to-day operational activities involving client relationship management and team coordination.
- Prepare and present regular reports on client account status, team performance, and service quality to senior management.
- Support ongoing training and development within the team to ensure up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards and client service excellence.
- Implement best practices in account management and customer relations to continuously improve client engagement and service outcomes.
