Description
Royal BPO seeks a dedicated HR Professional with experience in the BPO industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience and will be responsible for managing a small HR team of one person. This role demands a proactive individual who can effectively support talent acquisition, employee relations, and payroll administration while ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies. The candidate will play a key role in workforce planning and employee engagement, fostering a positive and productive workplace environment within the BPO sector. The HR Professional will also oversee training and development initiatives and implement HR policies that align with the company's objectives. Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and behavioral interviewing techniques is crucial to efficiently manage HR operations and support the company’s growth. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates to meet business requirements.
- Oversee employee relations by addressing employee concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a healthy workplace culture.
- Administer payroll processes accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and company policies.
- Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures in alignment with legal standards and organizational goals.
- Coordinate workforce planning activities to align staffing needs with business objectives and operational efficiency.
- Design, implement, and facilitate training and development programs that enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to improve morale, retention, and overall productivity within the company.
- Maintain and update HR Information Systems (HRIS) to ensure accurate employee records and generate reports as needed.
- Conduct behavioral interviews to assess candidate suitability and cultural fit for various roles within the organization.
- Supervise and support the HR team member by providing guidance, assigning tasks, and ensuring team performance meets expectations.
- Ensure compliance management by staying informed of labor laws and regulations, and updating company practices accordingly.
- Assist in the development and refinement of HR policies that support business growth and employee welfare.
