• Previous telesales/call-center experience preferred
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Basic English + local language required
• Target-oriented and disciplined
• Must be comfortable working night/rotational shifts

• Reliable high-speed internet
• Smartphone for work communication
• Headset with clear microphone
• Stable electricity/power backup recommended
• Quiet and professional working environment
📞 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Complete 50 effective calls daily
• Minimum 1-minute call duration
• Follow approved communication scripts
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate new business leads and expand the customer base.
- Utilize CRM software to record client interactions accurately, manage lead status, and follow up systematically.
- Understand and present product features and benefits clearly to potential customers, addressing any questions or objections.
- Achieve and exceed set sales targets by employing effective persuasion and negotiation skills during calls.
- Maintain disciplined work habits and adhere to night or rotational shift schedules as required by the role.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and feedback from customers to improve sales strategies.
- Continuously update knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate information and enhance customer experience.
- Monitor customer responses and market trends to identify new sales opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines while handling customer information confidentially.
- Develop and maintain strong communication skills to foster positive client relationships and increase customer loyalty.
