Export Sales Executive

Royal Fans is seeking a motivated Export Sales Executive to expand its international market presence and drive export revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international sales and business development, skilled in handling export documentation, compliance, and regulations. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation abilities to build and maintain strong relationships with international clients. The Export Sales Executive will work closely with internal teams such as production, logistics, quality control, and finance to ensure smooth order processing and timely shipment. The role involves identifying potential export markets and customers, conducting market research, analyzing competitors, and generating qualified leads through B2B platforms. The successful candidate must be organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks independently to achieve sales targets. They will also demonstrate strong customer relationship management skills and be flexible to respond to international clients beyond regular office hours when needed. Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new export markets and international customers to increase sales revenue.
• Manage the entire export sales cycle from lead generation, quotation, negotiation, order confirmation to shipment and payment collection.
• Prepare and review export documentation ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, quality control, and finance departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to position products effectively in the international marketplace.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers using CRM tools and provide prompt responses to inquiries and after-sales support.
• Track shipments and monitor order processing to ensure accuracy and on-time dispatch.
• Negotiate sales contracts and terms of delivery to maximize profitability while meeting customer needs.
• Monitor payment collections from international clients ensuring adherence to agreed payment terms.
• Utilize B2B platforms and other channels for lead generation and sales promotion.
• Maintain clear and timely communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
• Manage multiple export orders simultaneously with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Stay updated on changes in international trade policies, regulations, and documentation requirements.
• Work proactively and independently to achieve monthly and quarterly export sales targets.
• Respond to international customer inquiries and issues beyond standard office working hours when necessary.
