Description

Royal Fans is seeking an experienced Store Incharge to oversee and manage the entire inventory and store operations. This role requires a candidate with a strong background in inventory management, stock control, and supply chain coordination. The Store Incharge will be responsible for ensuring accurate stock reconciliation, application of warehouse management principles, and maintaining an organized store environment using practices such as FIFO, FEFO, and 5S. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in store and inventory management, preferably within the manufacturing industry. Proficiency in MS Excel and warehouse management systems is essential for managing daily operations efficiently. The Store Incharge will lead and manage a team of 50 persons, ensuring smooth communication, coordination, and problem-solving. Effective team management and leadership skills are critical to drive productivity and maintain high standards within the store operations. This role also demands a high level of agility in adapting to dynamic supply chain requirements while upholding compliance with safety and quality standards. The candidate will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize inventory flow and support overall business objectives at Royal Fans.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall store and inventory operations, including stock receipt, storage, and dispatch.
• Supervise and lead a team of 50 store personnel, ensuring clear communication and efficient workflow.
• Implement and enforce warehouse practices like FIFO (First-In-First-Out), FEFO (First-Expired-First-Out), and 5S methodology to maintain store organization and product quality.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock counts, reconciliation, and timely updates in warehouse management systems.
• Coordinate supply chain activities to ensure continuous availability of stock and optimize stock levels.
• Use MS Excel and warehouse management systems to generate reports, analyze inventory trends, and support decision-making.
• Monitor inventory discrepancies and resolve any stock-related issues to minimize losses and operational disruptions.
• Collaborate with procurement and production teams to forecast inventory needs and adjust stock levels accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and quality standards within the store premises.
• Train and develop store staff to enhance skills in inventory management, problem-solving, and teamwork.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance store operations, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly inventory reports and performance metrics to senior management.
