Rozeee is seeking an experienced School Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons to students, fostering a positive learning environment, and supporting student development across various subjects. This role requires strong expertise in classroom management, lesson planning, and student assessment to ensure that educational goals and standards are consistently met. The candidate will also manage a team of 20 staff members, coordinating with fellow educators and support personnel to enhance the overall learning experience. In this position, the School Teacher will play a critical role in shaping the academic and social growth of students. The role demands a proactive approach to address diverse learning needs, implement innovative teaching strategies, and maintain classroom discipline. The candidate must have at least five years of relevant teaching experience, with a proven track record of managing classroom dynamics and a team effectively. Collaboration with administration and continuous professional development form key parts of the responsibilities to uphold the quality of education at Rozeee.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and deliver lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and address varied student needs.
• Manage classroom activities and maintain discipline to create a positive and productive learning environment.
• Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide feedback to students and parents.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 20 staff members, including teachers and support staff.
• Collaborate with school administration to coordinate educational programs and events.
• Use innovative teaching methods and technology to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
• Monitor and support the social, emotional, and academic development of students.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and behavior.
• Participate in professional development to stay current with educational best practices and policies.
• Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and colleagues to support student success.
