Description
Rozeehr is seeking an experienced House Driver with a minimum of nine years in professional driving to join our team. This role requires a dedicated individual who ensures safe and timely transportation while managing a small team of four staff members. The ideal candidate must exhibit excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to vehicle maintenance, and strong navigation abilities to efficiently plan routes and comply with all traffic laws. The position demands reliability, professionalism, and the ability to oversee daily operations related to transportation within a household or organization setting. As a House Driver at Rozeehr, you will be responsible for driving household members or company personnel safely to their destinations, coordinating vehicle inspections, and maintaining comprehensive vehicle maintenance records. Managing a team entails assigning tasks, supervising driving schedules, and ensuring the team adheres to safety protocols and company standards. You will also utilize various software tools to optimize routes, schedule deliveries if applicable, and monitor vehicle health to prevent breakdowns, thus sustaining operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Drive household or company vehicles safely, following all traffic regulations and safety guidelines.
- Plan and optimize daily routes to ensure timely arrivals, using route planning and optimization software.
- Conduct regular vehicle inspections and oversee vehicle maintenance, reporting any issues using maintenance reporting tools.
- Manage a team of four drivers or assistants, assigning tasks and monitoring performance to maintain high standards.
- Ensure compliance with all local traffic laws and company policies related to driving and vehicle usage.
- Communicate effectively with household members or company personnel regarding scheduling and transportation needs.
- Maintain accurate logs of mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities.
- Utilize fleet management and GPS tracking systems to monitor vehicle locations and coordinate driving schedules.
- Assist in delivery scheduling using delivery scheduling software to support household or business operations.
- Keep up to date with best practices for vehicle maintenance and safe driving to enhance overall operational safety.
- Handle emergencies professionally, including minor vehicle repairs and navigating unexpected route changes.
