Description
Sabeen Insight is seeking a skilled Camera Man with at least one year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is proficient in camera operation and has a keen eye for capturing high-quality footage. This role does not involve managing a team but requires an individual who can work independently and contribute to the production of visual content that meets company standards and client expectations. The Camera Man will be responsible for setting up and operating cameras during various shoots, ensuring proper framing, lighting, and focus to produce clear and compelling images. The candidate will collaborate closely with directors and production staff to execute the visual style of projects and adapt to different shooting environments. Attention to detail and technical proficiency in handling camera equipment are essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities
- Set up camera equipment and ensure it is in proper working condition before shoots.
- Operate cameras according to the requirements of each project, adjusting angles, lighting, and focus as needed.
- Collaborate with directors and production teams to achieve the desired visual outcomes.
- Monitor footage quality during recording to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Maintain and clean camera equipment to prolong its usability and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues with camera equipment independently.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while on set to ensure a secure working environment.
- Adapt to various shooting locations and lighting conditions efficiently.
- Keep up to date with the latest camera technology and industry best practices.
- Assist with the transportation and setup of camera gear at different locations.
