Sair O Siah Travel & Tours is seeking an experienced Travel Agent with at least four years of experience to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will specialize in managing travel bookings and reservations, coordinating with suppliers and vendors, and providing excellent travel solutions to clients. This role requires proficiency with global distribution systems, including Amadeus, Sabre, or Travelport, and a thorough understanding of fare pricing, ticket issuance, and travel insurance options. The Travel Agent will focus on ensuring smooth travel experiences by managing passenger name records and efficiently handling travel disruptions. The ideal candidate brings strong technical skills related to travel booking systems combined with excellent coordination abilities to liaise with multiple vendors and stakeholders. Accuracy in fare construction, ticket price validation, and knowledge of fare rules and taxes are essential. The role does not include team management responsibilities but requires the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet customer needs promptly. Responsibilities

• Manage and execute travel bookings and reservations using GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Travelport.
• Create and maintain accurate Passenger Name Records (PNR) ensuring all client details are complete and up-to-date.
• Perform fare pricing, fare construction, and ticket issuance, including reissuance processes according to fare rules and regulations.
• Coordinate effectively with travel suppliers, vendors, and partners to secure the best travel options and deals for clients.
• Manage travel insurance offerings and provide clients with clear and comprehensive information about policies and coverage.
• Handle travel disruptions proactively by communicating changes promptly and finding alternative solutions to minimize client inconvenience.
• Validate taxes, fare rules, and ticket prices to ensure compliance with airline and travel authority guidelines.
• Assist clients with inquiries related to bookings, ticketing, cancellations, and itinerary modifications while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
• Utilize knowledge of travel industry trends and regulations to offer expert advice and personalized travel planning.
• Maintain up-to-date expertise on travel booking systems and industry software upgrades to optimize service delivery.
