Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and oversee manufacturing processes to ensure timely and efficient production of LV switchgear electrical panels.
- Monitor production schedules and workflows, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions to enhance productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality controls, and regulatory requirements throughout the production cycle.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to optimize product design for improved manufacturability and reliability.
- Maintain equipment and machinery by scheduling preventive maintenance and troubleshooting any operational issues.
