Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately including deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
• Provide high-quality customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
• Manage cash balances and reconcile cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Supervise and support a team of 20 cashiers to ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures.
• Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching to improve performance.
• Ensure adherence to security and regulatory standards in all financial transactions.
• Maintain detailed records of transactions and prepare reports as required.
• Address customer concerns promptly while upholding the bank’s service standards.
• Assist in implementing and improving cashier process workflows to increase efficiency.
• Promote a positive work environment and team collaboration to enhance productivity.
