The role involves delivering technical presentations and assisting customers throughout the sales cycle without managing a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough technical presentations to explain product features, benefits, and applications effectively to potential clients.
• Understand client requirements through detailed interactions and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies that integrate technical insights into sales approaches.
• Prepare and deliver customized proposals and quotations that meet customer specifications.
• Support customers by addressing technical queries during pre-sales and post-sales activities.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation engineering to enhance product knowledge.
• Participate in product demonstrations and provide feedback to the product development teams based on customer input.
• Assist in generating leads and supporting the sales process through technical expertise.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of client interactions, technical presentations, and sales outcomes.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to continuously improve both technical and sales skills.
• Work closely with product managers to align sales goals with technical capabilities and market trends.
