Description
Scaleup Connect is seeking a skilled API & Call Routing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with LeadsPedia Platform and have a solid background in managing call routing systems and configuring campaigns. This role demands a strong understanding of APIs, postbacks, webhooks, and technical integrations to ensure seamless communication and functionality across platforms. The specialist will be responsible for troubleshooting issues and optimizing call routing strategies to improve campaign efficiency and lead management. This position requires at least two years of experience in related roles, with a focus on technical integrations and call routing technologies. The candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and coordination throughout projects. While team management is not a responsibility in this role, the candidate must demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills to contribute effectively to Scaleup Connect’s objectives.
Responsibilities
- Manage and configure call routing systems to optimize lead distribution and campaign performance within the LeadsPedia Platform.
- Implement and maintain API integrations, postbacks, and webhooks for seamless data exchange and system connectivity.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to call routing and integrations, providing timely resolutions to minimize downtime.
- Monitor call routing processes and campaign configurations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand campaign requirements and implement appropriate call routing solutions.
- Analyze call routing data and campaign metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Stay updated with industry tools such as Retreaver, TrackDrive, or Ringba to incorporate relevant technologies and best practices.
- Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps to maintain clear technical records.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to coordinate technical implementations and updates.
- Support new campaign rollouts by ensuring proper call routing integration and validation.
