Job Description:

We are looking for energetic and confident Business Development Executives for our client to work on a USA Realtor Campaign. The role primarily involves outbound cold calling, engaging potential clients, and generating business opportunities for the sales team.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound cold calls for the USA Realtor Campaign
• Connect with potential clients and introduce relevant services
• Identify interested prospects and generate qualified leads
• Maintain professional and confident communication throughout calls
• Conduct regular follow-ups with potential prospects
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and responses
• Work toward assigned calling, lead generation, and sales targets
• Coordinate with the sales team regarding interested prospects

Requirements:

• Preferably a Bachelor's degree
• At least 3–6 months of relevant experience
• Previous CSR or call-center exposure preferred
• USA Realtor Campaign experience will be preferred

• Strong spoken English and communication skills
• Confident and professional telephone etiquette
• Good persuasion and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle objections professionally
• Target-driven and result-oriented approach
• Basic computer and data-entry skills
