Working Days: Monday – Friday

We are looking for a confident, target-driven, and persuasive Customer Sales Representative to join our client's Sales & Business Development team.

The ideal candidate will have strong spoken English, excellent communication skills, and previous experience in outbound telesales, B2B sales, or call center sales.

Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound sales calls to prospective customers to generate new business opportunities.
• Identify and develop potential sales leads through effective communication and relationship building.
• Communicate confidently and professionally with customers over the phone, providing clear and persuasive sales presentations.
• Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and performance objectives within designated timeframes.
• Use negotiation and persuasion techniques strategically to convert leads into customers.
• Handle customer objections and rejection with professionalism and resilience, maintaining a positive attitude.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all leads, calls, and customer information using company CRM tools.
• Follow up with prospective customers in a timely manner to maximize conversion opportunities and build lasting relationships.
• Remain productive and responsive during UK business hours to ensure alignment with customer needs and company expectations.
• Work autonomously while collaborating and coordinating effectively with the wider sales team to share insights and strategies.
