Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and confident Sales & Marketing Executive to join our client's real estate team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and following up on potential sales leads, communicating with prospective clients, and understanding their property requirements. This role focuses on presenting and promoting real estate projects, offers, and investment opportunities to drive conversions.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up on potential sales leads
- Communicate with prospective clients and understand their property requirements
- Present and promote real estate projects, offers, and investment opportunities
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects and support them throughout the sales process
- Develop professional relationships with clients to improve conversions and referrals
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings, events, and promotional activities
- Support social media marketing and create engaging promotional content where required
- Use personal influence, networking, and digital platforms to improve brand awareness and lead generation
- Coordinate with the internal sales and marketing team regarding campaigns, leads, and customer feedback
- Maintain basic records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and sales progress
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree / Graduation required
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, business development, client dealing, or a similar role
- Candidates with previous real estate industry experience will be preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, presentable, and target-driven attitude
