Salary: PKR 100,000 per month
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Shift Timing: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Support Engineer with hands-on experience in LeadsPedia and call routing systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing call routing campaigns, troubleshooting technical integrations, and ensuring smooth campaign performance.This position requires strong technical expertise in API integrations, postbacks, webhooks, and call tracking platforms.

Manage, configure, monitor, and optimize call routing campaigns to ensure efficient performance.
Operate and manage platforms including LeadsPedia, Retreaver, and TrackDrive.
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot APIs, postbacks, webhooks, and call tracking integrations.
Identify and resolve call routing, tracking, and campaign performance issues.
Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Monitor campaign configurations and troubleshoot technical issues to maintain operational efficiency.

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
Hands-on experience with LeadsPedia is mandatory.
Practical experience in call routing, campaign configuration, and tracking systems.
Strong understanding of API integrations, postbacks, webhooks, and technical troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Retreaver, TrackDrive, or Ringba will be considered an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to coordinate effectively across technical and operational teams.
