Sea Experts is seeking a dedicated Telesales Female Staff member to join our team. This role requires an individual with at least one year of experience in telesales and a qualification of B.A. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting sales follow-up activities, engaging with potential clients over the phone, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The position is based near Gulberg II, Lahore, and offers a fixed salary. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication skills, persistence in customer engagement, and the ability to handle rejection professionally. This role does not involve managing a team, but requires self-motivation and effective time management to meet sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
• Perform timely follow-up calls to prospects and clients to close sales and maintain ongoing relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups in the company’s database.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services accordingly.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets set by the company.
• Communicate clearly and professionally to represent the company in a positive manner.
• Handle customer inquiries and objections efficiently to facilitate sales conversions.
• Report daily sales activities and progress to the supervisor or management team.
• Stay informed about company products and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients.
• Demonstrate integrity and professionalism when working independently without team management responsibilities.
