IELTS PTE Spoken English Trainer (Female)

Description

Seekho Pakistan seeks a dedicated and knowledgeable IELTS PTE Spoken English Trainer to provide high-quality training in IELTS and PTE Academic speaking tests, as well as general spoken English communication. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong speaking assessment and scoring expertise, along with the ability to coach students on timed speaking tasks and response structures. This role demands excellent communication skills and an engaging teaching style to effectively prepare students for language proficiency exams and enhance their spoken English capabilities. The trainer delivers comprehensive spoken English and communication skills training through both online and physical classes. Preparing instructional materials and facilitating interactive learning sessions is essential. While this position does not involve managing a team, the trainer must work collaboratively with students to foster a motivating learning environment that supports language mastery and exam success. This role offers flexibility with full-time or part-time opportunities available in Lahore, Pakistan.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions focused on IELTS Speaking Test preparation and PTE Academic Speaking Test preparation.
• Assess and score speaking tasks to provide actionable feedback for student improvement.
• Coach students on effective response structures and timed speaking tasks to enhance exam performance.
• Deliver spoken English and communication skills classes ranging from basic to advanced levels.
• Prepare comprehensive training materials, including practical activities and exercises tailored to student needs.
• Create an engaging and supportive learning environment to motivate students and foster confidence in spoken English.
• Adapt teaching methods to accommodate online and in-person class formats effectively.
• Monitor student progress and provide individualized guidance to help meet learning objectives.
• Collaborate with the center to maintain training standards and contribute to curriculum development.
• Ensure smooth class operations by managing schedules, attendance, and student participation.
