Manager Leasing (Lahore Based)

Description

This leadership role requires expertise in financial analysis and budgeting, alongside proficiency in tenant relationship management software to streamline leasing processes and enhance tenant satisfaction. The Manager Leasing will conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging opportunities, craft and implement impactful sales and marketing strategies, and maintain a detailed understanding of the legal and regulatory landscape surrounding real estate. The successful candidate will use their portfolio management skills to optimize asset value and drive revenue growth for Selecto Retail while fostering strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders. Based in Lahore, this role is pivotal in strengthening Selecto Retail’s property leasing presence and operational excellence within the region.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all leasing activities for properties in Lahore, ensuring alignment with company goals and strategies.
• Oversee tenant relationship management by addressing queries and facilitating smooth communication to maintain high tenant satisfaction.
• Conduct detailed market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and emerging opportunities in the real estate and retail leasing markets.
• Negotiate lease contracts and terms with prospective and existing tenants, ensuring favorable conditions and compliance with applicable real estate laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants, thereby optimizing occupancy rates.
• Perform financial analysis and budgeting to guide leasing operations, track revenue performance, and maximize profitability.
• Manage the property portfolio to ensure operational efficiency, asset value preservation, and strategic growth.
• Lead and coordinate a leasing team of two professionals, fostering collaboration, providing mentorship, and managing performance.
• Utilize tenant relationship management software to maintain accurate records, monitor lease expirations, and streamline communications.
• Ensure compliance with all real estate legal requirements and company policies, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and finance, to execute leasing initiatives effectively.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations on leasing activities, market conditions, and portfolio performance for senior management.
