Serene Heights Nathia Gali seeks a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead the initiative in establishing automotive showroom leasing and brand partnerships. This important role focuses on expanding the commercial portfolio by attracting leading automotive brands and authorized dealerships to the upcoming commercial floors. The ideal candidate has strong industry connections and a commercial mindset, experienced in building robust pipelines, negotiating partnership agreements, and converting prospects into signed tenants. This full-time role requires a professional with proven expertise in business development, commercial leasing, and automotive dealership networks. The candidate demonstrates excellent negotiation and networking skills, with a track record of closing corporate partnerships. Though not managing a team, the manager will engage directly with multiple stakeholders including OEMs and dealership groups to make strategic decisions and successfully lease showroom spaces to top automotive companies.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain partnerships with leading automotive brands such as Toyota, Hyundai, Kia, Honda, and other major companies.
• Develop and nurture strong connections with original equipment manufacturers, dealership owners, dealer development teams, and authorized distributors.
• Market, promote, and lease commercial showroom spaces within Serene Heights to well-established automotive businesses.
• Identify key decision-makers within targeted organizations to build relationships and facilitate negotiations for leasing and brand partnerships.
• Create and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective automotive tenants by identifying new leads and converting opportunities into signed agreements.
• Negotiate commercial leasing terms and partnership contracts that align with Serene Heights’ business goals and policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure showroom spaces meet client specifications and uphold brand standards.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth in the automotive leasing sector.
• Prepare detailed business proposals and presentations to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential partners.
• Track performance metrics related to leasing activities and provide regular reports and updates to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with legal and contractual obligations throughout the leasing and partnership negotiation processes.
